Ingredients:

Ginger - compounds in ginger called gingerol and shogaol help reduce the production of pro-inflammatory markers.

Turmeric - The active ingredient in turmeric is a natural compound (polyphenol) called curcumin, which has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Reduces swelling.

Chamomile - Anti-inflammatory; reduces swelling.

Rose Petals - Roses contain a compound called quercetin, which is known to have anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, rose petals are high in antioxidants, which can help to reduce damage caused by free radicals.

Cinnamon - Cinnamon contains compounds that have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to reduce inflammation in the body. Cinnamon can reduce the production of inflammatory molecules and inhibit the activity of inflammatory enzymes. Cinnamon can also help to reduce inflammation in the gut, which is important for maintaining gut health. By reducing inflammation in the gut, cinnamon can help to improve digestion, reduce bloating and gas, and prevent leaky gut syndrome.

Lemongrass - Lemongrass is a rich source of flavonoids and phenolic compounds, which contain antioxidants. It's also an effective antibacterial and antifungal agent that contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Lemongrass contains quercetin, a flavonoid known for having antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Licorice Root - The root is particularly effective in treating inflammation of the gut and boosting digestive health. The glycyrrhizin in the root also inhibits tissue inflammation by reducing the generation of reactive oxygen species. Licorice can protect against chronic inflammation and related conditions like arthritis. Licorice acts like the body’s natural corticosteroids (compounds that reduce inflammation).

Green Tea - Made from the leaves of the Camellia synensis plant, green tea has anti-inflammatory properties that have been shown to reduce inflammation and improve heart health. The catechins in green tea, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), work with flavonoids to prevent free radicals from provoking or increasing cell damage and the resulting inflammation.
